UPDATE - POSTPONED CRUISE!
To our passengers on the Red, White Blue Cruise, After weeks of carefully watching the news and trying to gain perspective of the Coronavirus virus (also knows as COVID-19), we have made the decision to postpone our cruise dates for the Red, White Blue Cruise. Although we have all been excited about this time together on the seas, the health and safety of all of you is the most important factor when making this difficult decision. According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the immediate concerns of this virus should dissipate as soon as the warmer weather sets in followed by new vaccines made available. We didn’t want to take any chances with your health and wellbeing, and therefore we feel it necessary to move our dates far enough out to give enough time to remove any concerns that we may have around the Corona Virus so things can get back to normal. Our new cruise dates will be JAN 2-7th, 2021. SAME SHIP, SAME ITINERARY! All current reservations will automatically be carried forward to the new sailing dates, so there is nothing that you need to do at this time. For those of you who have flights and/or lodging that may be affected, we recommend you immediately contact those travel companies and request to move your reservations to these new dates. Most airlines and hotels are being sensitive and receptive to this process with waived change fees. Lastly, we cannot wait to spend this amazing week with you in January 2021. Our team is already working now to put together an even better program than what was originally planned and we know it will be a trip of a lifetime! Stay tuned for new information to be released soon concerning updates to the guest artists who will be joining us in 2021! Jamie & Darrin (Dailey & Vincent)
﷯DAILEY & VINCENT
Grand Ole Opry Members, Five-time GRAMMY® award winners individually, three-time GRAMMY® award nominees collectively, four-time DOVE Award winners, and winners of 35 IBMA Awards altogether (including 3-time IBMA Entertainer of the Year Award winners and 3-Time Vocal Group of the Year Award winners), Jamie Dailey and Darrin Vincent, backed by one of the best bands on tour today, are some of the most reputable and elite entertainers in American music; bluegrass, traditional country and gospel music. Now on Season 3 of their nationally broadcast television series, “The Dailey & Vincent Show on RFD-TV,” Dailey & Vincent bring their music to a national audience on a weekly basis. After a decade spent performing together and with over 1,000 airings of their PBS special “Dailey & Vincent ALIVE – In Concert,” their concoction of fantastically instinctive vocal blends of Dailey’s tenor and Vincent’s reedy harmonies has gained them well-deserved praise for their own distinctive style and worldwide recognition as American Music gold. Their most recent live CD, “Dailey & Vincent ALIVE,” debuted at #1 on the Billboard Bluegrass charts and remained at the top position for over 15 weeks. ﷯KAREN MILLS Karen Mills has made a career out of making people laugh. She has been a nationally touring comedian for twenty-five years and can be heard regularly on Sirius / XM comedy channels. One night while traveling home after a gig, Jamie Dailey heard Karen on LaughUSA and immediately recommended her to The Grand Ole Opry. On September 22, 2018 Karen shared the stage with Daily & Vincent for her Opry debut. She has since played the Opry numerous times including last year’s annual “Opry Goes Pink” along with Carrie Underwood. Karen’s comedy special "Pink Pants" was recently released on Dry Bar Comedy and clips from her special have garnered over 10 million views. Karen’s straight-forward approach to the realities of life will keep you laughing at yourself as you relate to her experiences. Even ovarian cancer couldn’t stop her from turning pain into punchlines. Diagnosed after a routine checkup, Karen was determined to take on the disease with hope and humor and in 2016, she was chosen to give her talk “Cancer is a Laughing Matter” at TEDxChattanooga and has also been featured on Robin Roberts "Thriver Thursday.” Karen has faced every challenge with determination. She stands at 5'2" and was told more than once that she was too short to play basketball. Not only did she play, in 1981 she led the nation in assists and became the first, division 1 first team All-American in UT-Chattanooga’s history. Karen was the first UTC athlete to earn that distinction in any sport, male or female. Her #12 uniform was retired and she became the first female inducted into Chattanooga’s Basketball Hall of Fame.
