ITINERARY:

6:30 AM - Depart Elite Coach, 1685 W. Main Street, Ephrata, PA

7:15 AM - Depart A.C. Moore, Lancaster Shopping Center, Lancaster, PA

*Rest stop at Maryland Welcome Center – 15-20 minutes

10:00 AM - Arrive in Washington DC and begin our tour:

*WWII, MLK, Jefferson, Korea, Vietnam, Lincoln, White House

**We would exit the bus at all the above sites and spend a few minutes at each. The guide provide Christian commentary and then allow a few minutes (approx 10-15) for the folks to take a few pictures and wander on their own.

*The guide would also be pointing out other sites as we drive up Pennsylvania Ave and other streets. New York Ave Presbyterian Church is one example of something we would see as a drive-by. It was a "Lincoln Day" sermon that inspired Pres Eisenhower to ask   Congress to add "Under God" to our Pledge.

12:30 PM - Lunch on own at EAT at National Place, “Downtown Washington DCs Hottest Food Hall. Eateries boast a tempting array of local delicacies and international cuisine. No matter what your taste, your cravings, or your budget, you’ll find countless satisfying  choices at eat at National Place.

1:45 PM - Continue touring: US Capitol, Library of Congress, Supreme Court

4:45 PM - Depart Washington DC

6:30 PM - Dinner at the Old Country Buffet, Laurel, MD

7:30 PM - Depart for home

9:30 PM - Approx. return to Lancaster

10:00 PM - Approx. return to Elite Coach

*There will be walking on this tour. All participants should come prepared with good walking shoes, and an umbrella in case of rain. 

*All passengers will need to have a photo ID with them.
